摘要
目的 分析多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌 14 8号试验菌株耐 β内酰胺抗生素的原因及耐药性的转移能力。方法 用等电聚焦电泳试验和三相水解试验分析 14 8号试验菌株所产 β内酰胺酶 ,并进行初步分类 ,再用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)扩增和PCR产物测序方法确认 β内酰胺酶基因。 结果14 8号试验菌株产超广谱 β内酰胺酶 (ESBLs) ,经分子生物学方法证实有blaPER 1基因 ,同时还有aacA4基因。结论 14 8号试验菌株耐 β内酰胺抗生素的原因 ,可能是产生了可转移的PER 1型ESBLs,blaPER 1基因位于质粒上。
Objective To analyze the cause of Acinetobacter baumannii clinical strain 148 resisting to β-lactams and the ablitity of the strain′s resistance transferring to other bacteria.Methods Isoelectric focusing electrophoresis and three-dimensional extract test were used to analyze and classify the strain′s β-lactamase. According to the test results, proper primers were used for PCR test. The PCR products were sequenced subsequently. Results Acinetobacter baumannii clinical strain 148 can produce class A ESBLs and harbored class A β-lactamases gene bla PER-1 and aacA4 cassette. Conclusion Transferable PER-1 of ESBL was appered in Shanghai.
