摘要
针对电厂氨法烟气脱硫的中试实验装置 ,选择适当的NH3 -H2 O -SO2 体系气液平衡模型 ,对吸收塔的操作进行模拟计算 ,由进料状态参数和操作参数可计算出吸收平衡结果 ,所得结果与实验结果符合较好。通过模拟计算可判断吸收率、氨损耗、塔底盐浓度等目标值是否符合要求 ,并可对吸收塔的性能进行评估 ,从而为实际工业化生产提供指导。
The simulation software of flue gas desulfurization of power plant using ammonia process, is based on ternary gas liquid equilibrium of NH 3-SO 2-H 2O system. Series of theoretical operation data can be collected quickly by simulating calculation program in computer language. The calculation results,especially the rate of absorption, ammonia loss and salt concentration at the bottom can be used to estimate the capacity of the absorber. The calculation program gives important guidance to the work of pilot-scale experiment.
