摘要
根据由V带疲劳方程和Miner法则导出的传动比i≠1时的许用应力计算式,应用Maclaurin公式进行近似处理,并定义系数C_1、C_2、C_3、C_4等的计算式后,代入V带额定功率P_0的基本公式推导出ISO5292—1980的全部公式。讨论了特定带速v_0取不同数值时的许用应力计算误差,建议取v_0=10m/s来确定C_1与C_4的对应关系。列表给出四个系数的参考值。
An allowable stress equation of the speed ratios when i≠1 has been deduced according to V-belt fatigue equation and the Miner's laws. After the factors C1 C2 C3 C4 of the equation have been defined by the use of Maclaurin formula to carry out approximate calculation,the new equation is then applied to the basic formula of V-belt power rating P0. In this way the complete equation of ISO5292-1980 has been worked out. The allowable stress calculation errors in defined belt velocity v0 have been discussed when variable numerical values are adopted. The proposal is to adopt v0 = 10m/s So as to define the corresponding relations between C1 and C4. The reference values of these Four factors are presented in tables.
