摘要
文章根据全国人大八届四次会议通过的《刑事诉讼法》 ,阐述了刑侦工作的办案程序。
This paper expounds the procedure of handling a legal case,working modes in the scouting work and the file standards,etc.according to the Criminal Procedural law approved by the Fourth Meeting of the Eighth National People's Congress.
