摘要
本文着重从这两个方面入手 ,阐述了在青年长拳教学时所采用的六个教学方法和四种练习手段 。
This paper discusses six teaching meachods and four practice meathods adopted in the teaching long fist of the youth.The teaching result shows that the meahod is very effective.
