摘要
介绍了镁合金压铸过程中的压铸工艺要点以及镁合金压铸生产中的安全操作,分析了劣质镁合金压铸设备带来的危险及危害。同时指出,应针对镁合金的不同特点,采取特殊的防护措施及设备。
Mg -alloy die casting technology and safety operation specification were introduced,danger and harm induced by inferior die casting equipment was analyzed as well.Based on characteristics of Mg-alloy,special safety measure and equipment must be adopted.
