The introduce of the Pre-control chart is analysed and its format application rules and probability analysis are discussed in this paper. Characteristics and concrete application sequence of the pre-control chart are illustrated by researching the application example in the production of Dong Feng Motor Corporation so as to indicate new way for increasing the control level of process quality and economic effects.
