摘要
阐述了内锥面法刃磨麻花钻的原理以及在工具磨床上进行磨削工艺试验的方法。通过试验刃磨出了合格的麻花钻,验证了内锥面法刃磨麻花钻理论,并对内锥面刃磨试验中存在的问题进行了分析讨论。
This paper illustrates the principle of the inner cone grinding twist drill and the process of grinding experiments on the tool grinder. Qualified twist drill are made after the experiments, and the theory of the inner cone grinding twist drill is tested and verified. In addition, the problems in the inner cone experiments are analyzed and discussed.
