摘要
采用粉末冶金方法制备了SiC颗粒增强Ni基梯度复合材料(FGMMC),研究了FG MMC的显微组织、力学性能和抗热震性能。结果表明,FGMMC基体连续,层间没有界面,致密度大于93%;FGMMC的显微硬度随SiC含量的增大呈梯度分布,而且具有良好的抗热震性能。
Functionally graded nickel matrix composites (FGMMC) reinforced with SiC particulate are fabricated by powder metallurgy.The microstruture, mechanical properties and thermal shocking properties of the FGMMC are studied.The results show that there is no obvious interface between different layers,the density degree of the FGMMC is greater than 93%,and FGMMC has a good thermal shocking properties.
