摘要
期望效应对员工的自我期待有很大的激励和推动作用,但是,不恰当的期望效应会对员工的自我期待产生压抑甚至扼杀作用。本文论述了影响该效应的因素,通过对该效应迟延的经济学分析探讨了其在实际中的应用。
Expectation effect has a great motivational and impellent function for personnel's self-expectance. But postponed expectation effect plays an oppressive and killing role to personnel's self-expectance. This paper deals with the factors which influence the expectation effect. By analyzing the postponed effect from economical aspect, the paper discusses its application in reality.
