摘要
利用相似模拟的方法,进行了半固态浆料自搅拌坩埚的出流及压室充填状况的物理模拟实验研究。根据相似原理设计制作了实验装置,并通过模拟实验,观察了不同粘度下(模拟不同的合金固相率)浆料的流动情况,为实际设计高熔点合金半固态浆料制备装置提供了具有参考价值的依据。
Using similar simulation the semisolid slurry's flow from the stirring crucible and the filling state of the die chamber have been studied and experimental equipment been made, slurry's flowing state with different viscosity (simulated different solid fraction) been discussed, hence important referrence to practical design semisolid slurry making equipment of high melting point alloy.
