目的 对目前国内血站采用的抗 -HCV酶免试剂进行效果评价 ,为血站合理选用抗 -HCV筛查试剂提供参考依据。方法 对不同厂家抗 -HCV酶免试剂检测阳性标本分别用抗 -HCV确认实验及逆转录 -巢式 PCR( RT-n PCR)技术进行检测 ,并对结果进行比较分析。结果 不同厂家抗 -HCV酶免试剂对 HCV的 C区和 NS5区抗体检测结果的差异无显著性 ;但对 NS3和 NS4区抗体检测结果的差异有显著性。结论 血站应根据不同抗 -HCV试剂对

Objective To evaluate the anti HCV enzyme immunoassay (EIA) kits on the screening of blood donors and blood products.Methods The positive samples detected with different EIA kits were analyzed again with anti HCV confirmation tests and RT nPCR.Results There was no significant difference on the detection of antibodies from regions of HCV core and NS5 among different kits;but there was significant difference on detection of antibodies from regions of HCV NS3 and NS4.Conclusion The evaluation and selection of anti HCV EIA kits should be carried out in blood centers according to the different characterization of different anti HCV kits,so as to escape the HCV transmission by blood transfusion.
