摘要 目的探讨糖尿病与高血压、冠心病、脑梗死等大血管病变的关系及遗传与环境因素对它们的影响,并提出合理的健康教育方法。方法对140例糖尿病合并或不合并大血管病变的发病率及其影响因素进行回顾性分析,并施行糖尿病及其并发症的整体性健康教育。结果糖尿病并发高血压、冠心病、脑梗死的发病率分别为30.71%、22.86%、21.43%,且接近一半是以并发症先发病的。糖尿病合并大血管病变组的糖尿病家族史、嗜甜饮食、运动少的发生率分别为46.55%、55.17%、50%,糖尿病无合并大血管病变组的糖尿病家族史、嗜甜饮食、运动少的发生率分别为34.15%、40.24%、34.15%,两组比较有显著性差异。结论糖尿病与高血压、冠心病、脑梗死是一组有内在联系的疾病,发病受遗传因素和外界环境易感因素影响,进行健康教育时应作为一个整体考虑。 Objective To investigate the relationship of diabetes with hypertension, coronary heart disease, the brain infarction and large blood vessel pathological changes and also the contriution of heredities and the environmental factors to diabetes, hence to suggest some reasonable means in health education. Methods In retrospect, 140 cases of diabetes either coincidence or not with large blood vessel pathological changes were analyzed. Results The coincidence of diabetes with hypertension, coronary heart disease,and brain infarction were 30.71 % ,22.86% and 21.43% respectively.That rate of diabetes concurrent with large blood vessel pathological changes together with familial diabetes, sweet diet, and lack of exeroise were 46.55% ,55.17% and 50% respectively. The rate of diabetes does not concurrent with any large blood vessel pathological changes that with no diabetes family history, being addicted to the sweet diet, lack of exercise were 34.15% , 40.24% , and 34.15% respectively.There is a significant different between these two groups. Conclusion Diabetes is always co-related with brain infarction, coronary heart disease, and hypertension. The onset of diabetes is affected by genetic and environmental factors. All these should be included in the health education.
