摘要
目的提高肝炎患者对肝炎知识的了解和掌握。方法在923例患者中,随机抽查100例,在参加肝炎“病友之家”授课前后各进行一次问卷调查,了解患者在授课前后对肝炎知识的了解程度。结果 授课后患者对肝炎知识的了解程度明显提高;授课前,不同年龄组、不同文化程度患者对肝炎知识的了解程度存在明显差异,但授课后差距均消失。结论授课能大幅度提高肝炎患者对肝炎知识的了解程度。从调查的结果分析,充分的准备、授课的技巧是吸引不同年龄、不同文化程度患者专心听课的重要手段。
Objective To provide comprehensive and proficiency on knowledge of hepatitis for the patients with hepatitis. Method 100 random cases were selected from 923 patients attending the 'Patients Education Corner' . Questionnaire survey was done before and after lecture, in order to reveal the patient's understanding in hepatitis before and after lecture. Results Patients' knowledge on hepatitis was improved significantly after attending the course. Before the lecture, the understanding of hepatitis was significantly different in different age group,and in different educational background.However, the difference was diminished after lecture.Conclusions Attending the health care course can improve the patient's comprehency and proficiency on knowledge of hepatitis. Acording to the result, preparation and technique of teaching are important to attract the patients of different age group and in different educational background.
