摘要
研究了电池组中某只电池被反接时,同组的其他电池对该电池充电的过程与状况,完成干电池卷边强度实验。以及干电池进行三充一、五充一、七充一、九充一、十一充一实验。通过实验了解到,当4只电池串连使用有一只电池及反极时,10min左右就会漏液;6只以上电池有一只反极时,就有电池发生爆炸的可能。电池串联数目越多,爆炸的可能性越大。
The course and status,when a cell is reversed in the battry stack and is charged by other cells,are studied.The intnsion of the zinc can's curling side is tested too.Charge the cell-reversed by the way of 3 vs 1,5 vs 1,7 vs 1,9 vs 1 and 11 vs 1.The experiment results showed that,if 4 cells were serials connected,one cell was reversed,the battery will leak in 10 minutes;more than 6,it will explode.The larger the cell number is ,the greater the explosion chance is.
