摘要
结合淮阴工学院的实际情况和专业特点 ,介绍了一种基于PROFIBUS的集教学、科研和生产为一体的轴类零件柔性加工系统的结构 ,重点介绍了加工中心控制单元的硬件结构、功能 ,同时对系统控制软件的编制作了分析和研究。
According to practicality of speciality in Huai Yin Institute of Technology, FMS based on profibus are illustrated in this paper,the structure and function of hardware in workstation of machining centre is introduced ,and the software of workstation of machining centre is analysed, including main programme,sub programme and PLC programme.
