Because of the influence of the society,schools,and the burden of work and their families,many teachers feel physically and mentally fatigued and dispirited,which inevitably lead to the lower efficiency in their work and poor quality in their teaching.Therefore,we should lay emphasis not only on the students' mental education,but also the teachers' mental health.
