市场是进行资源高效率配置的最佳方式,但市场配置的本身却存在众多失败之处,即市场也会失灵,具体表现在市场竞争不完全、外部性、无力提供公共产品、不能有效调节收入分配等方面。为解决市场失灵带来的个人收入差距过大等负面影响,可从政府参与、伦理道德建设、经济学理论研究与发展几方面进行解决。
Market is the best tool for efficient distribution of resources, yet it could fail due to its own defects, as seen in the imperfect competition, externalities, incapability of providing public goods and adjusting income, etc, which might be dealt with by governmental control, ethics construction, and theoretical development of economy science, to tackle its negative effects on personal income from its failure.
