摘要
介绍了会议电视系统以及国际电信联盟关于会议电视的各种建议。对基于ITU TH 320和H 323等ITU T关于会议电视的建议框架及其所包含的系列协议进行了描述。分析比较了H 242 H 243 H 230协议和H 245协议。充分考虑了IP网络和在IP网上开展视听多媒体业务的众多优点,选择了ITU TH 323建议作为电力通信专网会议电视网络协议体系,并对网络设计时应着重考虑的技术问题予以探讨。
The thesis describes the ITUT recommendation framework based on H32 0,H321,H322,H323,H324 and other series protocols.H242/H243/H23 0 protocols are compared and analyzed with H245,H242/H243/H230 protocol s are compared and analyzed with T120,T120 protocol is compared and analyze d with H245 from the point of view on suitable network,suitable service type ,important control ling function,multi-point capability,expandability,availa bility of channel,implementation complexity,adaptability for different media, etc.Considering various benefits of IP net and the video-audio multimedia servic e on IP net,H323 recommendation is adopted as the network protocol architectu re of the video conferencing system in electric power private communication netw ork,and the key techniques of network design are discussed too.
