摘要
针对大型变电站图像监控系统中图像传输的关键问题 ,提出了一种基于遗传算法的图像分形编码方法。该方法既利用了图像分形压缩的高压缩比特性 ,又利用了遗传算法的快速搜索特性 ,克服了图像分形压缩算法时间开销大的缺点。文章对基本的分形编码方法与基于遗传算法的分形编码方法以及和基于 JPEG2 0 0 0的编码方法做了比较。对遗传算法提出了扩大的可变的搜索空间 。
In this paper, a method of fractal image compression and coding based on Genetic Algorithm (GA) is proposed. It can much reduce the program running time in keeping the same quality of restoration image and compression rate as the customary method. It also worked out the comparisons between Fractal Block Coding (FBC), Genetic Algorithm FBC (GAFBC) and JPEG2000. On the principle of GA, this paper raises an expanding and variable space in which the GA searches, it can avoid the production of super children and the loss of some excellent parents in the GA searching. Experiments confirm the efficiency of the method.
