通过对人本管理这一思想的阐述 ,提出了尊重人的价值、尊重人的服务是当今社会发展的必然趋势 ,树立“以人为本”
The article describes the thought of human management and puts forward that the value of respecting human and the service of respecting human is an inexorable trend of social development so that the thought of human management is the key of modern library.
