摘要
通过对武汉市一所综合性医院小儿单纯性支气管炎自费住院患者两年费用构成及增长情况分析后发现,当前医疗费用存在着过高、过快上涨情况,且主要以治疗性费用(药费、处置费)为主。在非治疗性费用中,以化验费上涨幅度最大,首次提出利用“期望指数”具有直观、简便等优点,可作为评价医疗费用价格体系合理与否的指标之一。
This article analysed the medical fees of late two years of children with simple bronchitis of a gen- eral hospital of Wuhan,China.The results showed that medical cost were too high for such patients and the increase rate was too rapid since 1988.It was mainly in treatment fees which included drugs and direct handling.However,the fees for laboratory tests,in the non-treatment cost,also increased. This is the first time to use the“Hoping Index”to be one of targets to evaluatie the medical costs and price system.It is a simple and effective method,and it shows a audio-visual results.
