抗宫颈癌细胞株免疫毒素的研究

Study on Immunotoxins against Cervical Cancer Cell Strain

摘要 兔抗Hela细胞IgG通过异型双功能交联剂SPDP分别与蓖麻毒素及其A链偶联成功制备免疫毒素,台盼蓝染色法和同位素掺入抑制试验均证明免疫毒素对Hela细胞有特异性杀伤作用,0.1mol/L半乳糖不能消除此种特异性毒性。本研究为免疫毒素抗宫颈癌动物实验及临床应用提供了依据。 Rabbit anti-Hela cell antibodies were linked to Ricin or A chain by heterobifunctional reagent- Cover.The cytotoxic test showed that IT had a specific killing cervical carcinome cells(Hela cell) function.Galactose could eliminate the unspecific toxicity of antibody-Ricin conjugates,but not the specific toxicity.Both Ricin and A chain had its advantages and shortcomings for immunotoxin synthe- sis.It provides a proof for animal experiments and for clinic treatment of IT against cervical cancer.
