摘要
采用聚合酶链反应和寡核苷酸探针杂交法检测20例胃肠肿瘤中H-ras癌基因第十二位密码子的G→T点突变,结果在1/1贲门癌和4/13胃癌中发现有这种点突变的存在,而6例大肠癌中无1例发生突变,提示H—ras癌基因的点突变可能是贲门癌和胃癌中癌基因的激活方式之一。
G→T point mutation at codon 12 of H-ras oncogene from 20 gastrointestinal tract cancers was de- teated with palynerase enam reaction and oligonucleotide probe hybridization,resulting in this muta- tion in cancers(1/1 cardia cancer,4/13 gastric cancers and 0/6 colorectal cancer)which shows that mutation of H-ras oncogene may be one of the ways of oncogenes activation in gastric and cardia can- cers.
