摘要
采用FT-647型单光子骨密度仪(SPA)测量30例确诊为绝经后骨质疏松症患者和96例正常对照妇女桡骨远端15%处和中下1/3处的骨矿含量(BMC)和骨矿密度(BMD)的结果表明,患者所有的BMC和BMD均较对照者低。对照组X-1.28S桡骨远端15%处的BMC为0.54g/cm,BMD为0.36lg/cm^2,桡骨中1/3处BMC为0.574g/cm,BMD为0.543g/cm^2。若以此为最低正常值,则有96.6%(29/30)的病人其BMD低于此值。我们认为此值可作为临床诊断绝经后骨质疏松症的标准。文中还对SPA法与放射线诊断法对骨质疏松症的诊断符合率和SPA法测量部位对结果的影响进行了讨论。
The bone mineral content(BMC)and bone mineral density(BMD)of 15% distal site(15% site)and 1/3 middle site(1/3 Site)of radius were determened in 30 postmenopausal osteoporosis pa- tients by ET-647 model single photon absorptiometer(SPA),and 96 normal women were as con- trasts.All the BMC and BMD values of patients were lower than those of contrasts(P<0.01).The results(X—1.28S)of contrast were as follows:15% site,BMC 0.59g/cm,BMD 0.36g/cm^2 1/3 site,BMC 0.584g/cm,BMD 0.543g/cm^2.If these results were to count as minimal normal val- ue,in 29 of 30(96.6%)patients,the 15% site BMD were below these values.It is proposed that these minimal normal values could be used as clinical diagnosis standard of postmenopaasal osteoporo- sis.Finality,the coincidence rate of diagnosis of ospteoporosis between the SPA method and radiodiag- nosis the influence of results of determined site of radius are discussed.
