摘要
本文研究了湖北钉螺与日本血吸虫、斯氏狸殖吸虫、华枝睾吸虫的共同抗原。对流免疫电泳和免疫电泳均发现抗湖北钉螺血清可与日本血吸虫15天龄、18天龄童虫,42天龄成虫,斯氏狸殖吸虫成虫,华枝睾吸虫成虫抗原反应。而中和血清和正常兔血清则不能与这些抗原反应。说明这些吸虫与湖北钉螺确有共同抗原。作者认为不宜用钉螺抗原取代血吸虫抗原诊断血吸虫病。目前对共同抗原在吸虫幼虫免疫逃避中的作用下定论还为时过早,但吸虫与螺类在发展进化史上似有亲缘关系。
Common antigens between Oncomelunia hupensis and Schistosoma japonicum,Pagumogonimus skr jabini and Clonorchis sinensis were studied by counter immunoelectrophoresis and immunoelectrophoresis.It was found that anti-snail serum reacted with the extracts of Schistosoma japonicum schistosomula(15 and 18 days old)and adult worms(42 days old),Pagumogonimus skr jabini and Clonrchis sinensis adult worms;but normal rabbit serum and the neutralized serum(anti-snail serum neutralized by snail anti- gens)could not react with the extracts of these trematodes,Because of the cross reactions the authors considered that it was not suitable to use snail antigens,instead of schistosome antigens,to diagnose schistosomiasis.Although it was still too early to conclude the role of common antigens in immune eva- sion of trematode larvae,there may be relationship between snails and trematodes on phylogeny.
