摘要
正交频分复用(OFDM)可通过子信道的不均匀功率分配提供不等差错保护(UEP)特性。分层编码的不同层及每层码字的不同比特在信号重建中的重要性均不相同,本文推导出不同层的权重因子,并给出功率分配算法,在功率总量不变的情况下,通过不均匀功率分配将信道失真降到最小。
Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) can be used to provide unequal error protection performance by unequally allocating power to sub-channels. In layered coding, different layers and different bits of the same layer抯 code-words have different importance in the reconstruction process. The weighting factors of layers are derived and the power allocation algorithm is presented. By allocating the power of subchannels carrying different information unequally, the channel-induced distortion can be minimized when the total power is given.
