云南省城市社区卫生服务收支状况及支出流向分析

The Analysis of Operational Economical Status and Expenditure Structure of Community Health Services in Urban Area of Yunnan Province

目的:了解云南省城市社区卫生服务站点的经济收支状况及支出流向。方法:收集、整理各站点成立以来的经济收支资料。结果:被调查站点中仅有一个实现赢利,但其药物收入占到总收入的59.6％,其余5个站点均亏损。支出以劳务费和药品购置费用所占比例最大,业务用房的获取方式以及是否有专项启动经费,明显地影响支出流向。结论:目前云南省社区卫生服务站点的经济运行状况不佳,支出流向亟待规范。

Objective To understand current operational economical status and expenditure structure of community health services (CHS) in Urban Ares of Yunnan Province. Methods Questionnaire surveys were employed to collect economical data dated from establishment of community health services center and stations . Results Among institutions investigated, only one center began to make profits and other stations drifted into a dilemma of deficit. Labor wage and expense for purchasing drugs accounted for most part of total expenditure, approximately reaching 90%. How to get workrooms and whether to obtain special starting funds from government had significant impacts on expenditure structure of CHS institutions. Conclusions At the present time , operation of CHS in Urban Area of Yunnan Province were dissatisfied in term of economical status. Immediate measurements should be taken to regulate expenditure structure of CHS.
