摘要
本文分别对妊娠12~14天(中孕)和18~20天(晚孕)SD大鼠肝微粒体单加氧酶系统的活性进行了研究,结果表明:与非妊娠对照组相比,中孕大鼠肝微粒体细胞色素P-450含量,b5含量及细胞色素C还原酶活性分别下降50%(P<0.01)、75%(P<0.01)和38%(P<0.01),晚孕者分别下降38%(P<0.01)、45%(P<0.01)和35%(P<0.01)。中孕、晚孕大鼠肝微粒体苯胺羟化酶(ANH)活性分别下降75%和76%(P<0.01),其活性的降低与P-450含量及细胞色素C还原酶活性的减少呈高度直线正相关(r=0.851,P<0.01;r=0.884,P<0.01)。妊娠各期间肝微粒体氨基比林N-脱甲基酶(AMD)活性无显著改变。
The present paper investigated alterations in hepatic microsomal drug-metabolizing enzymes activi- ties in middlepregnant(MP;12~14 days of gestation)and late-pregnant(LP:18~20 days of gesta- tion)Sprague-Dawley rats.Compared with non-pregnant rats,hepatic microsomal cytochrome P-450, b_5 contents and NADPH-cytochrome C reductase activity decreased by 50%,75% and 38% respective- ly in MP rats and by 38%,45%and 35% respectively in LP rats.Hepatic microsomal aniline hydroxy- lase(ANH)activity decreased by 75% respectively in MP and LP rats.The decrease of ANH activity was linear positive correlation with cytochrome P-450 content(r=0.851,P<0.01)and NADPH-cy- tochrome C reductase activity(r=0.740,P<0.01)respectively.No change was found in hepatic mi- crosomal aminopyrine N-demethylase(AMD)activity in both MP and LP rats.
