脑血管病患者的性格类型与病因的关系

Relationship between Type Behavior and Cause of Cerebrovasculor Disease

应用 A 型性格(行为)问卷对302例脑血管病患者和240例健康人测试,结果发现病人组 A 型性格分布和 A 型性格问卷分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。高血脂和高血压等传统危险因素与 A型性格关系密切。研究结果提示,A 型性格可能是脑血管病的发病因素之一。

302 cerebrovascular disease patients(group 1)and 240 heaithy persons(group 2)were measured with type behavior questionnaire(TABQ).Both the patients of type A behavior(TAB)and TABQ score of group 1 were more than those of group 2(P<0.01).The traditional rish factros of cere- brovascular disease,such as hyperlipidenmia,hypertension and so on,were more common in the pa- tients of TAB.Results suggest that TAB may act as a risk factor for the development of cerehropvas- cuiar disease.
