摘要
20例冠状动脉造影后确诊为冠心病7例。其中6例临床诊断为冠心病中,有4例造影后证实。受累血管包括左冠状动脉前降支和右冠状动脉,发现2例冠状动脉右房瘘。造影过程中4例出现严重反应,初步讨论适应症的选择和副反应的防止。
Seven of 20 patients performed coronary angiography were coronary artery stenosis.Among them,4 of 6 clinical diagnosis coronary heart disease patients were identified by coronary angiogra- phy.The stenosis vessels included left anterior descending and right coronaty artery.Two coronary artery fistula cases were found.Severe complications appeared in four cases during coronary angiogra- phy.The indications of coronary angiography and the prevention of the copmlication during coronary angiography were primarily discussed.
