概述了漆酚钛高聚物防腐蚀涂料和改性AH - 92 4氨基环氧鳞片涂料的性能与涂装工艺。碳钢水冷器采用上述防腐蚀阻垢涂料防护后 ,可使设备寿命延长 1～ 4倍 ,虽然投资费用增加了 30 % ,但整体经济效益十分可观。
The performance and application process of corrosion-resistant coatings of titanium urushiol high polymer and modified AH-924 amino epoxy flake were described. When the carbon steel water was protected by the above coatings, the service life of the equipment was four times longer and economic benefit was significant even thought the investment was increased by 30%.
