油罐涂层防护的几点思考

根据对油罐保护大检查的结果 ,从涂料保护的角度对油罐的全面防护进行了思考 ,指出油罐保护要防腐蚀与导静电并重 ,不同部位应采用不同保护方案 ,无溶剂环氧涂料最适用于罐底的保护 ,并介绍了推广无气喷涂的必要性。

Comprehensive oil tank protection was suggested based upon the results of the inspection and investigation of the oil tank protection. It was pointed out that both corrosion protection and electro-static conduction should be applied in the protection of the oil tanks. Different methods should be applied on different tnak sections.No solvent epoxy coating was the proper material for protecting the tank bottom. Gasless spray was encouraged for coating application.
