摘要 ZH4 4 1- 1MS新型水处理剂是一种针对黄河水水质研制的低膦高效复合型缓蚀阻垢剂。静、动态模拟试验及工业应用试验表明 :ZH4 4 1- 1MS缓蚀阻垢性能优异 ,宽容度较大 ,尤其适合高硬度或高碱度、高腐蚀性离子的水质 ,配方低膦在一定程度上也减缓了菌藻生长过快的问题。现场监测换热器监测数据为 :HSn70 -1A试管的腐蚀速度为 0 .0 0 2~ 0 .0 0 5mm/a ,粘附速度为 0 .3~ 2 .0mcm ,远低于行业允许值。 ZH441-1MS water treatment chemical is a new type of high-efficiency low-phosphine compound anti-fouling corrosion inhibitors developed for the treatment of Yellow River water. The static and dynamic modeling and commercial trial experiment demonstrated that the inhibitor, excellent in anti-fouling performance and wide in application spectrum, was extremely effective for the treatment of high-hardness and high-alkinity corrosive ion water. The low-phosphine formula of the chemical has reduced the growth of algae. The monitoring data of 0.002~0.005 mm/a corrosion rate of HSn70-1A tube and cohesion rate of 0.3~2.0 mcm were much lower that those allowable in the industry.
