摘要
应用透射电镜和扫描电镜观察非何杰金氏淋巴瘤(NHL)14例。组织学分型:B 细胞性淋巴瘤8例.T 细胞性淋巴瘤6例。介绍了如何制作针吸细胞电镜标本,并讨论这种电镜观察技术的优缺点以及 T 细胞起源的瘤细胞和 B 细胞起源的瘤细胞在透射电镜、扫描电镜下的特点。
14 cases of non-Hodgkin's lympomas(NHL)were observed by scanning and transmitting electron microcopy(EM).According to histological,classification,there were 6 cases of T-lymphocyte origin and 8 cases of B-lymphocyte origin.How to prepare needle aspiration cytological EM specimen and the advantages and defects of this technique were discussed.The cells features of two types of NHL under scanning and transmitting electran microscopy were also discussed.
