摘要
急性高胆固醇血症(急性 HCA)能增强家兔急性心肌梗塞(AMI)再灌注后血液多形核中性粒细胞(PMN)聚集率和活性率,加重前列腺环素(PGI_2)和血栓素 A_2(TxA_2)平衡紊乱和增加 PMN在缺血心肌的聚集、浸润,从而加重 AMI 再灌注损伤及功能障碍。应用布洛芬抑制 PMN 功能,调节PGI_2和 TxA_2平衡,减少 PMN 在缺血心肌聚集、浸润,可显著减轻急性 HCA 家兔 AMI 再灌注损伤和改善心功能。提示急性 HCA 时,PMN 是加重家兔 AMI 再灌注损伤的重要因素。
The effect of polymorphonuclear leukocyte(PMN)on acute myocardial infarction-reperfusion (AMI-R)injury during acute hypercholesterolemia(HCA)in rabbits was investigated.The results showed that acute HCA might enhance the aggregate and active rates and infiltration of PMN in myocardial infarcte area.the severe unbalance of TxA_2 and PGI_2 after AMI-R,which resulted in sig- nificant increase of plasma CPK activities and the severe dysfunction of left ventricle compared with control group,PMN aggregation and activity were inhibited,plasma TxA_2 and PGI_2 trended towards the balance and PMN infiltration in myocardial infarct area decreased in ibuprofen group after AMI-R. Plasma CPK activities decreased and the left ventricular function showed a tendency to improve-corre- spondingly.These finding suggest that the abnormality of PMN function during acute HCA may in- crease AMI-R injury in rabbits.
