摘要
教学活动的复杂多变需要教师拥有实践智慧,而教师的实践智慧因其具有动态生成、不可言说、独一无二等主要特征,与教学经验、教学理论有着密切关系,但又完全不同。在教学中,它通常外显为对知识传授的超越、教学机智以及教师对自我完善的不懈追求。
The complexity and variability of teaching activity require that teachers have practical wisdom, which is of the characteristics of dynamic formation, inexplicability and uniqueness, and closely related to but completely different from teaching experience and teaching theory. In teaching activity, it often appears as transcending knowledge impartment, teaching wisdom and unremitting pursuit of self-improvement.
