In this study the problems in clinical experiential papers are analyzed, and so me countermeasures for optimizing clinical experiential paper are put forward f rom an editor's an gle. Those include elimination of editor's inactive mode of thinking, increase o f editor's knowledge of clinical medicine and related subjects, enhancement of e ditor's consciousness in selecting subjects and organizing papers, distinguishin g the columns of clinical journals, changing the journal publishing policy and s o on. The above mentioned measures can help to enhance editor's understand ing of clinical experiential papers and to improve the quality of papers and even of the journals. Moreover, the study enriches the contents of the sc i tech paper writing, sci tech editing methodology and editology study.
