武汉地区5~19岁龄骨矿物质含量调查及正常值的研究

Investigation of Bone Mineral Content and Normal Limit of Five to Nineteen Years-old Adolescents in Wuhan Area

摘要 为了解健康青少年骨矿物质含量和确定正常值范围,本文以武汉地区幼儿园、中小学校、技校学生作整群调查对象,对3555名5~19岁青少年进行了骨矿物质含量硷测。测定部位为主力臂桡骨中下1/3处和远端15%处,使用国产 FT-647型单光子骨密度仪。结果显示:(1)青少年骨矿含量男性高于女性。(2)骨矿物质含量呈增龄性增加,增加的速度与年龄、性别、发育期有关,12岁前,两性增加均缓慢,12岁以后男性增加较女性快。(3)青少年骨矿物质含量与身高、体重、年龄呈正相关。根据以上结果,在制订青少年骨矿物质含量正常值时应以性别、每岁龄分组来确定正常值范围。骨矿物质低为异常,故只需计算 P_s 值,按此标准,调查中发现男、女性不同部位骨矿物质含量异常的人数为3.8%~4.99%。由此可见,青春期骨矿物质含量的检测对保护青少年的发育和健康至关重要,同时还有利于预防各年龄原发性和继发性骨质疏松症的发生。 The bone mineral content(BMC)of 3555 adolescents at the age of 5~19 were studied with single photon absorptiometry(SPA,FT-647,China)for establishing a limit of normal value.The adolescent masses were from nurseries,primary and middle schools,technical schools in Wuhan.In main forearm the one—third of middle and lower part and 15% of distal part of radius were chosen as measurement regions.The results were as follows:(1)The BMC of mate was singificantly higher than that of fe- male.(2)The BMC increased with the incecasing of age and the velocity of increase varied with the difference of age,sex and development stage.Before age of 12 the BMD increased slowly in both male and female.After age of 12,the increaseing speed of male was higher than that of female.Ours results suggested that to establish the limits of normal value of BMC should be according to sex and ages.De- crease of BMC to 95% normal low limit was decided to be abnormal value.This study showed that measurement of BMC in adolescent is more importnt in their development and health and preventing essential or secondary osteoporsis.
