癌症患者红细胞腺苷脱氨酶及超氧物歧化酶活性分析研究

Studies on Changes of ADA and SOD Activity in Erythrocyte of the Patients with Cancer

摘要 62例癌症患者及42例非癌症患者红细胞腺苷脱氨酶(Adenosine deaminase,ADA)及超氧物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)的活性测定。结果显示癌症患者红细胞 ADA 活性较非癌症患者明显增高(P<0.01),几种癌症患者红细胞 ADA 活性增高的程度为:肺癌>肝癌>乳腺癌>卵巢癌>胃癌>直肠癌>宫颈癌:而癌症患者红细胞 SOD 活性却较非癌症患音显著降低(P<0.01)。提示.ADA 活性增高及 SOD 活性降低均与肿瘤之间有密切关系,可能对于早期监护机体肿瘤的发生与发展有一定意义。 This paper reports studies on changes of ADA and SOD activity in erythrocyte of 62 patients with cancer and 42 patients without cancer.The results showed that ADA activity in erythrocyte of the pa- tients with cancer were higher than that of the patients without cancer(P<0.01),the level of in- creased ADA.activity in several cancer showed:Lung cancer>liver cancer>ovarian cancer>gastric cancer>rectum cancer>uterine cancer,SOD activiy in erythrcyte of the patients with cancer were lower than that of the patients wilhout cancer(P<0.01).It suggeested that increased and decreased ac- tivity in SOD may correlate with cancer.They can be regardcd as a significant sign for the occurrence and expanse of cancer.
