摘要
30例高度近视伴原发性视网膜脱离患者血清锌、铜测定值分别为11.87±2.57μmol/L和10.94±3.90μmol/L。两者与对照组(15例)相比均有高度显著性(P<0.01).而男女之间锌、铜含量差异无显著性。本文探讨了微量元素锌,铜在高度近视伴有原发性视网膜脱离中的作用。
The results of serum zinc and copper of 30 cases of high myopic patients with primary retinal de- tachment showed that serum zinc and copper levels with 11.87±2.57 μmol/L and 10.9±3.9 μmol/L respectively.These values were highly different than those of control group.The serum zinc and copper between male and female were of no difference.The actions of zinc and copper of high myopic patients with primary retinal detachment were discussed.
