摘要
采用AB法的A段对低浓度(BOD5=100mg/L左右)城市污水进行了处理,试验结果表明:当A段污泥负荷为0.3~3kgBOD5/(kgMLSS·d)、HRT为75~25min时,出水COD<60mg/L、BOD5<20mg/L、SS<20mg/L,取得良好效果的原因可能是A段污泥具有较强的吸附絮凝能力;同时,随着各反应器负荷的增加,污泥脱氢酶含量增加,污泥活性与代谢能力增强。此外,由于不设初沉池,新鲜污水及SS直接进入A段,改善了污泥沉降性能,且可从进水中得到微生物的补充,维持了反应器的污泥浓度。
A-stage of AB process was used for low strength ( BOD5 = 100 mg/L) ur ban wastewater treatment. The results showed that when sludge loading in A-stage is 0.5~3 kg BOD5/(kgMLSS·d) and HRT is 75~25 min, the effluent C OD < 60 mg /L, BOD5 < 20 mg/L, and SS < 20 mg/L, with good effect achieved. It is because t hat sludge in A-stage has stronger adsorptive flocculation capacity. Meanwhile a long with the increased loading in reactor, dehydrogenase content in sludge is a lso increased, and sludge activity and metabolic ability are augmented. Furtherm ore, due to no primary clarifier being set, the fresh sewage and SS directly flo w into A-stage, and thus sludge settle ability is improved and additional microo rganism can be obtained from the influent, so that sludge concentration can be k ept in reactor.
