摘要 研究了双氧水与促氧剂的复配对汽油中硫醇的氧化脱除效果。实验结果表明,双氧水可以有效地将汽油中的硫醇氧化,并且添加促氧剂能明显改善双氧水的作用效果。同时,工艺条件结果表明,较低反应温度、较短反应时间、高剂油比以及一次性加料方式对硫醇的氧化脱除反应有利。 The effect for subtractive thiol in gasoline by oxidation using H 2O 2,H 2O 2-AC and H 2O 2-TFAC is studied. The results show that thiol can be oxidized effectively by hydrogen peroxide, and adding oxidation modification agent can significantly improve the effect of oxidation. Meanwhile, process condition experiments indicate that lower reaction temperature, shorter reaction time, higher ratio of solvent to oil and one off adding feed form are helpful for oxidation of thiol.
