Study progress on synthetic technology of nanometer ZnO

综述了国内外纳米氧化锌的合成技术方法,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了述评,提出了今后工作中所要解决的问题。

The technology ways for synthesizing nanometer ZnO of inland and abroad are summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of every way are discussed. At last the problems that need resolve in later work are put forward.
