20只狗的实验结果显示:体外循环期间,在保持心脏局部低温,血钾和血气正常及血流动力学相对稳定的前提下,采用缓慢的血流降温法及含有利多卡因之冷心停搏液作间断的升主动脉根部灌注是预防室颤的两项行之有效的关键性措施。
