摘要
不作股内侧皮肤牵引悬吊,施行睾丸固定术时,对腹腔隐睾精索血管系带短、睾丸下降至阴囊有困难者,可将精索、输精管充分游离并将精索改道而保证了一期手术的成功。其特点简便易行,无术后大腿与阴囊的牵引痛,作者施行此术20例,效果甚佳,随访6个月疗效满意。
20 cases of undescended testis have been treated by interscrotumpexy without medial femaral skin atraction and suspension.Satisfactory results have been observed after a follow-up of 6 months.The operative technique is simple.Testis have not shrink back after the operations.This article was pre- sented thw operative technique.
