媒体资产建设是一项关系到电视台未来综合发展的关键任务,一个好的媒体资产管理系统能极大地提高电视节目制作的效率和质量,同时有效地降低媒体资产管理的成本。提出了一套完整的媒体资产管理解决方案,它使用MPEG-2格式统一存储视频数据,采用能够实现高可扩展性的以存储为中心的存储体系,提供了将关键字检索、静止图像浏览以及低码率活动图像浏览相结合的检索系统,实现了以非线性编辑系统为核心的采编播一体化系统。

Media asset construction is vital to the development of the TV station. A good media asset management system can largely improve the efficiency and quality of TV programming, and obviously reduce the cost of media asset management. This paper presents a complete solution of media asset management which stores video data in MPEG-2 format, uses extensible storage center system, provides search system which integrates keyword search, static image preview and low-coding-ratio video preview and realizes acquisition-editing-playing system whose core is nonlinear-editing system.
