均匀设计在合成充油SSBR试验中的应用(Ⅰ)

摘要 采用均匀设计方法,选用3因素10水平试验方案,研究了合成充油溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)时不同因素与考察变量之间的关系。结果表明:建立的数学模型因变量预报值与试验实测值吻合较好,回归方程真实可信;当多螯锂引发剂中DVB与Li的摩尔比为0.24,设计单臂分子量为12.5万,偶联剂Sn与Li的摩尔比为0.15时,试验所得到充油胶的综合性能较好。 The relationships between different factors and investigated variables in synthesizing oil extended solution polymerized styrenebutadiene rubber were studied by the method of uniform design, which had a three factors and ten levels in this paper . It was found that the founded mathematical models were identical between forecast value of investigated variables and experimental value. At same time, the general properties of the oil extended rubber were good while DVB/Li in the multi melic initiator, designed monoarm molecular weight and Sn/Li were 0.27, 12.5×104 ,0.15 respectively.
