胃癌卵巢转移17例临床报告

Ovarian Metastasis of Gastric Carcinoma:A Clinical Report of 17 Cases

1966年5月至1989年2月我科共收治女性胃癌227例,其中卵巢转移17例,胃癌卵巢转移率为7.5%(17/227),占同期卵巢恶性肿瘤的7.4%(17/229)。患者平均年龄40.8岁。其中40岁以下10例。主要症状是腹胀、腹痛、食欲下降;主要体征是盆腔肿块、或伴有腹水。13例未绝经者中有4例月经异常,4例绝经后患者中有2例阴道出血。作者强调胃癌手术中仔细探查卵巢的重要性,以及应选择的正确治疗方法。

From May 1966 to February 1989,227 female cases of gastric carcinoma were admitted to our department.Among them,17 ovarian (?)stasis were found with the incidence of 7.5%(17/227). This counted for 7.4% of synchronous ovarian malignant tumor(17/229).The mean age for all pa- tients was 40.8 yeats.10 cases were under 40 years of age.The main symptoms were abdominal dis- tension,pain,anoreexia.The chief signs were pelvic mass or with ascites.4 of the 13 premenopause patients had abnormal menstruation.2 of the 4 postmenopause patients had vaginal bleeding.It is im- portant that ovaries be carefully inspected at every resection of gastric cancer and a choice of a correct treatment method be made.
