Culture Origin of Chinese Modern Feminine Literature's Emergence

中国现代女性文学有其自身的文化渊源,一方面来自于中国传统文化的积淀,另一方面来自于西方文化,特别是女性文学的影响。与此同时,五四新文化运动的精神实质为女性自身文化心理提供了一种选择,女作家以群体的形象在平等的、觉醒的人的位置上言说女性心声。

Chinese modern Feminine literature has its own cultural origin. On one hand, it comes from accumulation in Chinese traditional culture; on the other hand, it originates in the western culture, especially the influence of feminine literature. In the meanwhile, the spirit of the May Fourth New Cultural Movement offers a choice for the women cultural psychology. Woman writers voice the aspirations of femininity in a position of equal and awakened human being in group figure.
